Number of Licences: at least 1 Licence
Multi Franchise Units: In general you can combine the Franchise for Real Estate Agency or Property Management with the Services Financing, Insurance and/or Valuation. In addition we offer the option to have Multi Franchise Units (Franchise for Real Estate Agency and Franchise for Property Management in the same area or in different areas) and/or larger areas with Real Estate Matching – Real Estate Matching24. Also in combination with our Company Partner Groundfloor24.
Requirements: In general is the aim to have an Office. With 1 Franchise you can start without an Office and in the following time you open an Office for your Business.
